The night clerk (or was she the manager?) could not have been any nicer. When I made the reservation, I had made a mistake and entered 3 PM instead of 3 AM check in time. We had been dealing with a blown tire 8 hours into our 48 hour trip. No tire repair places open at that time of course. She was able to accommodate us anyway & even walked with me to our room to ensure it was cool enough for me (aside from comfortable enough for my husband who uses a walker). I just felt she went above & beyond to make me feel welcome and much less stressed. I fell asleep the minute I stretched out because it was so comfortable.

We got to our first room and there was some black smudges on the bed, we called the front desk and Justin immediately put us in a new room when we just asked for new sheets!

Super clean and friendly employees. Easy access to the highways and in a decent spot where everything is pretty close by and easy to get to.

We had the best time saying in Texas and we cannot wait to go back because. we are going to stay exactly at the same hotel because they are so wonderful and accommodating.

It was welcoming and friendly. The Disability king Suite was large and comfortable.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and the rooms were comfortable.

The location is perfect because our daughter lives right down the road in Haslet. The breakfast is always excellent and the hotel is very comfortable. We really like that they have coffee and hot water for tea always available in the lobby.
